We’re happy to announce our new round Mando Skull Cap Liners. These work great in a variety of helmets where you just need a little padding and need it to fit. Here’s an example of a Fett style Mando helmet and it fits like a glove. These will work in TK, Tie, Clone or pretty much any other helmet you can think of.  

These are about  5/8” thick and roughly 11 inches in diameter. Cast in supple urethane foam rubber they provide nice padding without capturing sweat like open cell foam can. Designed to allow air to pass between your head and helmet if you have fans installed.

Available in any color, pictured are black, tan/beige, brown, OD green, blue, red, pink or any 2 colors in a swirl. Black is the default color so click the dropdown menu to choose another color. 

Best permanently installed with CA Glue (https://www.dhpfx.com/shop/costuming-builders-kit) and can be installed with other glues as well as “Velcro” hook and loop but that will add bulk. They come pre trimmed but can always be easily trimmed with household scissors.
